- The product packaging must include the product model, part, or item number.

- Both the packaging and the product itself must have warning labels.

- Safety Performance Tests: Conduct safety tests on the battery, including impact resistance, vibration resistance, temperature cycling, thermal stability, overcharge, and short-circuit tests.

- CheMICal Composition Evaluation: Evaluate the chemicals in the battery to ensure they are safe and non-hazardous.

- Environmental Tests: Test the battery's performance under extreme environmental conditions, such as temperature and humidity.

- Information Provision: Ensure that the battery packaging has sufficient safety warnings and operating instructions.

1. Sample Quantity: 2 complete units.

2. Application Form: Fill in the application form (including the company name and address of the applicant, product name and address, manufacturer’s company name, and address information).

3. Quotation and Contract: Both parties sign and stamp the quotation and contract (payment is requiRED before testing begins).

4. Testing: Testing is conducted within 5 working days from the time the samples are received (expedited services are available).

5. Report Confirmation: Draft report is confirmed for accuracy before issuing the official report.
