Climbing Rope Amazon EN892 Test Report

According to Amazon's requirements, all climbing ropes must be tested before being sold on Amazon and must comply with the following specific regULations or standards:

Standard EN892 - Mountaineering Equipment: DynaMIC Climbing Ropes

Climbing Rope EN892 Testing Includes:

1. Impact force test

2. Abrasion resistance test

3. Tensile test

4. Load-bearing test

5. Corrosion resistance test

RequiRED Information:

- Your company name (if applicable) and seller ID.

- Your contact information: email address and phone number.

- A list of all climbing ropes you are selling.

- Product images and packaging images (if applicable) for all listed climbing ropes. The images must clearly show all surfaces of the product and packaging for our review.

- Product descriptions and manuals for all climbing ropes being sold.

Test Report Requirements:

- If tested according to UIAA standards, the test report must be issued by a UIAA-approved testing laboratory and must confirm that each product has been tested and meets the applicable requirements.

- If tested according to EN standards, the test report must be issued by an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory and must confirm that each product has been tested and meets the applicable requirements.

Compliance Submission Process:

1. On the Seller Central platform, go to the Performance tab and select Account Health.

2. Click on Manage Your Compliance > Product Compliance Requests (bottom right corner).

3. To add compliance for a single product, click Add/Appeal Compliance.

4. To add compliance for multiple products, select the relevant products on the left, then click Take Action on Selected Products at the top of the product request table and choose how to submit the documents and information.

5. In the Provide Documents section, upload the compliance documents and information, or in the Appeal Request section, provide appeal information and documents.

6. Click Submit for Approval to send your submission to Amazon for review.

Note: The test report must include images of the tested product, and the images must clearly demonstrate that the tested product matches the product listed on the detail page.

Certification Testing Process:

1. Certification Consultation – Confirm testing requirements and timeline with China JJR Laboratory.

2. Sample Preparation & Application – Prepare samples and fill out the application form.

3. Contract Signing & Payment – Sign the contract and complete the payment.

4. Engineering Certification Testing – Conduct certification testing by engineers.

5. Issuance of Test Report – After passing the tests, a test report is issued.
