What is DoC?

A Declaration of Conformity (DoC) is a statement signed by the manufacturer before placing a product on the market, declaring that the product complies with all applicable EU regulations and standards.

Mandatory Rules for Accompanying Paper DoC

Basic Requirements

Products within the scope of the EU Radio Equipment Directive (RED) and relevant drone regulations must be accompanied by a DoC, which can be either a full version or a simplified version.

1. Language Requirement

DoC must be in the official language(s) of the country/region where the product is sold.

2. Format Requirements

- Full DoC:Refer to the full version template.

- Simplified DoC:If using a simplified version, a URL to the full DoC must be included.

3. Information Consistency

DoC information must match related qualification documents, including:

- Product identification (name/model)

- Manufacturer information

- List of applicable regulations/standards

- Signatory and position

- Place and date of signature

- Traceable information
