USB-C Port Korea KC EMC Certification

Korea has issued a notice stating that products with a USB-C port function must obtain USB-C port KC-emc certification before undergoing fULl KC-EMC certification. This regulation will take effect on February 14, 2025, and for laptops, it will be implemented from April 1, 2026.
The applicable product categories include:

- Digital cameras
- Over-ear headphones
- Headsets
- Portable gaming consoles
- Portable speakers
- E-books
- Keyboards
- MICe
- Portable navigation devices
- Laptops
