The preparation work for the 2026 Annual Sea Transport Identification Report, Air Transport Identification Report, MSDS Report, and un38.3 Update has been launched. To avoid the peak period, all customers are advised to make advance preparations for the annual update of 2026 transport identification documents to prevent any impact on normal shipments.
Next year’s standards will be implemented as follows:
① MSDS will comply with GHS (11th Revised Edition)
② Sea transport will follow IMDG Code 42-24 Version
③ Air transport identification will adhere to the new regULations in IATA DGR 67th Edition 2026

① Fill in the power of attorney for updating the MSDS, sea/air transport identification report, and UN38.3 report.
② Provide photos of the new-standard outer packaging, outer packaging opening, and inner packaging for lithium battery products.
③ Send samples marked with "Update for 2026 Report"; lithium battery samples must be submitted in accordance with requirements.
④ The certification body will review the submitted documents and test the samples in compliance with the new regulations.
⑤ Upon passing the review and tests, issue the new 2026 versions of the transport identification report, MSDS report, and UN38.3 report.
