You must submit the following documents:
1. A test report issued by an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory, proving compliance with the aforementioned regulations, standards, and requirements.
2. A valid ISO 17025 accreditation certificate issued to the testing laboratory by an ILAC-MRA signatory (if the product has been tested in a non-nationally recognized laboratory for fire, smoke, carbon monoxide alarms, and detectors).
