A curling iron, also known as a hair straightener, is a beauty appliance used by hairstylists in salons and hair salons. Nowadays, curling irons and hair straighteners have become common electronic products in everyday life. Hair dryers, curling irons, hair straighteners, electric combs, and electric clippers need to obtain CE certification for export to the EU. The ce certification process involves compliance with the Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive (2014/30/EU EMC Directive) and the low voltage directive (2014/35/EU LVD Directive).
