However, many Amazon sellers report that selling toys on Amazon requires a CPC Certification. Without this certification, products will be removed. What’s the reason behind this, and how can the delisting be resolved?

5. Production date and address, with the date down to the month and year and the address down to the city

6. Testing date and address or the testing report the certificate is based on

The CPC is similar to the COC certificate, with clearly stated content and requirements. When listing children-related products on Amazon US, including toys and baby products, a CPC certificate is required. This certificate details the tests your product has passed and the regulatory standards it complies with. Different products require different tests, and only upon passing these tests will a CPC certificate be issued.
