The platform has officially released a new compliance policy for portable power supplies across both sites, clarifying the implementation timeline, differentiated requirements for the two sites, testing standards, and document submission procedures. To continuously enhance product compliance and safety, the new policy mandates that sellers collaborate with Third-party Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) service providers to complete product testing or verify existing test documents for all notified ASINs. This replaces the previous practice of submitting test documents directly to Amazon.

2. Portable Power Station

A device powered by rechargeable batteries, used to charge and supply power to multiple electronic devices and small appliances. It typically provides both AC and DC power outputs. Certain models may also include additional features, such as emergency car jump-start function, built-in flashlight or floodlight, or solar charging input port. The primary function of these devices is to serve as a backup power source when standard power is unavailable.

Note: This policy does not apply to portable emergency car jump starters.

3. Battery Test Summary (BTS), proving the product meets the relevant requirements of UN 38.3

Submission Requirements for Documents and Images

①　Ensure documents are not from temporarily suspended certification laboratories.

②　All documents, test reports, or certifications provided to Amazon must be authentic and in their unaltered original format.

③　Product manuals, handbooks, safety information, labels, and warnings must be in the language of the target sales country/region.

④　Images must confirm that the product matches the tested product and the product listed on the detail page.

⑤　Images must show all sides of the product or its packaging.

⑥　If the product is a set or bundle, provide separate images for each item included in the set or bundle.
