TIC Direct Validation(also known as Direct Verification) is a new compliance process that Amazon began enforcing in 2025 across mULtiple categories — including toys, electric mobility devices, and dietary supplements.
Sellers must contact Amazon-approved Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) organizations, which will directly perform product testing/report validation and submit results directly to Amazon.
Sellers can no longer upload compliance documents manuallythrough Seller Central.
1. Product Quantity per Report:
It is recommended that no more than 5 similar productsbe included in a single report.
2. Report Types:
For each listing, two reports are requiRED:
- Testing Report– issued by the laboratory
- Validation Report– issued by the TIC organization
One testing reportmay cover multiple ASINs, but each validation reportcan only correspond to one ASIN.
3. Information Required for Submission:
a. Validation Application Form(including TFR number + ASIN)
b. A complete new product sample, including full packaging and labeling (must match the test report and product detail page)
c. One compliance report

- Clauses related to testing must include determination results with supporting test data—a “PASS” judgment alone is not sufficient.
- Ensure that all applicable testswere conducted and that test data meets the acceptable limitsdefined by the relevant standard.
