Energy-Saving Lamp Amazon US UL1993 Certification Test Report

According to reports, due to Amazon's recent stringent checks on ul reports, some sellers have had their products delisted and received email notifications stating that their listings were removed due to the lack of a UL report. The competition on the Amazon platform is becoming increasingly fierce, and non-compliant operations are on the rise, leading to stricter platform requirements. Previously, a UL report was not mandatory, but recently, some sellers have reported that their products were delisted due to the absence of a UL report. Today, we will focus on interpreting the UL1993 testing items for energy-saving lamps.

Scope of UL 1993:

UL1993 applies to self-ballasted lamps and self-ballasted lamp adapters rated from 120 to 347 V AC for connection to screw-type, pin-type, or recessed single-contact (RSC or R7) lamp holders. These devices include resistive, inductive, or electronic ballasts or power supplies and use various lighting technologies, including but not limited to incandescent, fluorescent, HID, and LED lamps.

5. Labels/nameplates;

6. List of key components (BOM).
