To all friends exporting wireless products to the United States, thank you for your patience! The previously suspended FCC (Federal Communications Commission) certification services have fULly resumed normal certificate issuance starting November 19th. The long-delayed overseas expansion process is finally unblocked.

① Previously frozen certification applications and modification filings can now be submitted normally, no more waiting in queues.
② TCB (Telecommunication Certification Body) will prioritize processing backlogged orders. The regular certification review cycle is approximately 4-6 weeks, and with expedited service, certificates can be obtained in 10-15 days—perfect for meeting the year-end U.S. consumer peak season.
(Note: The submission deadline for documents originally expiring between October 1st and November 17th, as well as Special Temporary Authority (STA), has been uniformly extended to November 18th, 2025.)
③ The FCC inquiry system has been synchronized and opened. Information such as certification records and laboratory qualifications can be checked with one click, significantly REDucing compliance risks.
All products with wireless radio frequency transmission functions, or those that transmit data or energy wirelessly, must obtain fcc id certification to enter the U.S. market.
① Mobile phones, Bluetooth headsets, smart speakers, wireless routers, wireless doorbells
① Drones, security alarms, smart wearable devices
① Devices without wireless functions (e.g., ordinary monitors, LED lights) do not require application.
② For "unintentional radiators" (e.g., electric drills, ordinary household appliances), enterprises only need to retain test reports and compliance statements on their own—fcc approval is not required. This falls under fcc sdoc (Supplier's Declaration of Conformity) certification.
Due to the U.S. federal government funding laPSE, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) suspended most operations on October 1st, 2025, with core FCC ID certification and issuance services fully frozen. This shutdown directly impacted electronic enterprises worldwide exporting to the U.S., affecting new product launches, customs clearance, and supply chain plans. Currently, the U.S. Congress has REACHed an agreement to end the government shutdown, and fcc services are gradually resuming. However, processing backlogged certification matters will still take time. China's JJR Lab is synchronously updating policy dynaMICs to provide targeted compliance support for enterprises.
