How to Obtain Product Qualification Documents on the Official fcc Website?

Step 1: Access the FCC Official Equipment Authorization Search Page

1. Open your browser and go to the FCC Equipment Authorization Search page:

https://www.fcc.gov/oet/ea/fccid

2. This page is the official entry for searching product fcc certification information.

Step 2: Enter the fcc id

1. Locate the FCC ID on the product, which is usually found on the device label or nameplate (e.g.: FCC ID: XYZ12345).

2. Split the FCC ID into two parts for entry:

￮ Grantee Code (first part, fixed 3–5 characters): e.g., “XYZ”.

￮ Product Code (second part): e.g., “12345”.

3. Click the Search button to start the search.

Step 3: View Search ResULts

1. The search results page will display device information related to the FCC ID.

2. Click the Detail link to access the device details page.

Step 4: Download Qualification Documents

1. On the device details page, find the Test Report document.

2. Click the document name link to download the file (usually in PDF format).

How to Upload Files to the Compliance Center?

01 Step 1: Organize Qualification Documents

1. Ensure you have downloaded the complete qualification documents that include the FCC ID.

2. Check that the files are clear and in the correct format (PDF format is recommended).

02 Step 2: Log in to the Compliance Center

1. Open the Compliance Center page and enter the Product Qualification Upload module:

03 Step 3: Upload Files

1. Select the product for which you need to upload qualifications according to the page instructions.

2. Enter the file upload interface and upload the organized qualification documents.

3. After confirming all files have been uploaded, click the Confirm button to submit.

Notes

1. FCC ID Accuracy: Ensure the FCC ID on the product label and in the qualification documents matches the search results.

2. Document Integrity: Uploaded qualification documents must be clear, complete, and contain all necessary certification information.

3. Confidential Document Handling: If certain files are marked “Confidential”, you may contact the product manufacturer or an FCC-authorized agency to obtain them.
