Products with the following features are strictly inspected under this policy:

1. Laser Pointers
Battery-powered pen-shaped diode laser devices emitting strong light beams, including teaching laser pens and conference presentation pointers.

2. High-risk Common Variants
Handheld laser pet toys (cat laser pointers), 303 series laser pens (303s)

3. Mandatory Power Limit
Maximum output power shall not exceed 5mW.
