China JJR Laboratory emc testing laboratory is the largest emc testing facility in China, equipped with the most comprehensive instrumentation and equipment, covering the widest range of domestic and international standards, and featuring the most advanced technology. The laboratory is on par with similar facilities in developed countries and is widely recognized within the industry. It leads the country in emc testing for products including communications equipment, automotive electronics, information technology devices, audio-visual products, industrial, scientific and medical devices, household appliances, toys, and lighting equipment.

 

The laboratory is capable of conducting the following tests:

The laboratory has been accredited by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) and has successfully passed certifications by domestic and international authoritative bodies. It is qualified to undertake ccc certification, CQC certification, supervision inspections, re-inspections, and license-related EMC testing for six major categories of products including IT, AV, and telecommunications equipment.

China JJR Laboratory EMC Testing Laboratory is capable of supporting certifications such as:

Testing is conducted in accordance with standards such as GB, GJB, IEC, CISPR, EN, FCC, VCCI, and others. The laboratory provides design validation, pre-compliance testing, debugging, and corrective testing services.

 

Anechoic Chambers and Capabilities

China JJR Laboratory’s 3-meter and 10-meter anechoic chambers are primarily used for standard tests of radiated emission and radiated susceptibility, covering international, European, and U.S. standards. They support testing of telecommunications equipment, household appliances, automotive components, industrial, scientific, and medical (ISM) devices, and information technology equipment (ITE). The chambers are recognized by the FCC, European authorities, and VCCI, covering frequency ranges from 30 MHz to 18 GHz and using state-of-the-art shielding and absorbing materials in modular systems.

 

Main Laboratory Equipment

1. Multiple standard 3-meter and 10-meter anechoic chambers, full-wave RF chambers, RS testing systems, interference immunity chambers, and shielded rooms

2. AR (USA) high-level radiated immunity test system (up to 200 V/m, 100 kHz–8 GHz)

3. 40 GHz spectrum analyzers, high-end 8 GHz network analyzers, 40 GHz horn antennas with matching amplifiers and filter sets

4. Three-phase harmonic testing systems, 4.5 kV EFT, 10 kV surge, 6 kV ring wave/damped oscillatory wave testing capability

5. CMW500 LTE 4G wireless tester, UPL multifunction audio analyzer, full set of artificial heads, ears, and mouth simulators

6. OTA chamber, 10 m, 5 m, and 3 m anechoic chambers

 

EMC Testing Capabilities

China JJR Laboratory can perform the following EMC tests:

 

1. Radiated emission (RE): 9 kHz–40 GHz, supports 10 m, 5 m, 3 m measurements; compliant with CISPR 16, GB/T 6113, ANSI 63.4, etc.

2. Radiated immunity (RS): 10 MHz–8 GHz, field strength up to 200 V/m; compliant with GB/T 17626.3, IEC 61000-4-3.

3. Conducted emission (CE): 9 kHz–108 MHz, supports 32A, 100A, 500A three-phase testing; compliant with GB/T 6113, etc.

4. Conducted immunity (CS): 10 kHz–400 MHz; compliant with GB/T 17626.6, IEC 61000-4-6.

5. Disturbance power (DP): 30 MHz–300 MHz; compliant with GB 4343.1, CISPR 14-1, etc.

6. Insertion loss (IL): 150 kHz–1605 kHz.

7. Lighting equipment radiated emission (LRE): 9 kHz–30 MHz; compliant with GB 17743, CISPR 15.

8. Harmonic current and voltage fluctuation: 0–440V AC, 50/60Hz; compliant with IEC 61000-3-2, IEC 61000-3-3, etc.

9. Electromagnetic field (EMF): 9 kHz–6 GHz; compliant with EN 62233.

10. Electrostatic discharge (ESD): up to 30 kV; compliant with IEC 61000-4-2.

11. Electrical fast transient (EFT): up to 4 kV; compliant with IEC 61000-4-4.

12. Surge: up to 10 kV; compliant with IEC 61000-4-5.

13. Voltage dips (DIP): up to 60A three-phase; compliant with IEC 61000-4-11.

14. Power frequency magnetic field (PFMF): 1–1000 A/m; compliant with IEC 61000-4-8.

15. Damped oscillatory wave (DOW): 2.5 kV; compliant with IEC 61000-4-10.

16. Ring wave: 6 kV; compliant with IEC 61000-4-12.
