It is designed to help large supplier networks and products achieve unified and efficient management, especially in terms of product safety assessment. This system, called WERCSmart, was designed and developed by a database company under UL in the United States. It is aimed at medium and large retailers to enable unified and effective management of extensive supplier networks and products, as well as safety assessment of target and existing products, facilitating screening.

Giant supermarkets such as Walmart and Amazon have already requiRED their suppliers to register all products on WERCSmart. The purpose is to have upstream suppliers input their product information into the system, which then evaluates it so that downstream parties can promptly access hazard information. This authoritative review process simplifies the cooperation process between suppliers and retailers. Suppliers registered on WERCSmart are undoubtedly the preferred procurement choice for retailers.

In short, wercs registration is a comprehensive supply chain safety management system.
