What is the UL 982 Test Report?

How to Obtain the UL 982 Test Report?

1. Select a Compliant Laboratory: Contact and entrust a third-party testing institution with ISO 17025 accreditation and market recognition. This is the key first step to ensure the report is accepted by platforms such as Amazon.

2. Submit Application & Documents: Fill in the test application form and provide detailed product technical documents, including: product manual, circuit schematic, bill of materials (BOM), technical specification sheet, etc.

3. Send Test Samples: Prepare 1–2 complete product samples (including all accessories) that are fully consistent with the final mass production status as required by the laboratory, and send them to the laboratory.

4. Payment & Testing: After confirming the quotation and paying the fee, the laboratory will conduct a comprehensive test on the samples in accordance with the UL 982 standard.
