TP TC 004 is the Russian Federation Customs Union regulation regarding low-voltage products, also known as TR CU 004. The Customs Union Technical Regulation TP TC 004/2011 "On Safety of Low-Voltage Equipment", adopted by Decision № 768 on August 16, 2011, came into effect on July 1, 2012, and became mandatory on February 15, 2013. It replaced the original GOST certification. It is a single certification universally recognized across multiple countries, and its mark is EAC.
The TP TC 004/2011 directive applies to electrical equipment with a nominal AC voltage from 50V to 1000V (inclusive) and a nominal DC voltage from 75V to 1500V (inclusive).

Automatic switches; circuit breaker protection devices.
Power distribution equipment.
Electrical equipment for controlling electrical installations.
Note: Products subject to the CU-TR Declaration of Conformity are generally industrial electrical appliances.
