What is Low Voltage Complete Equipment?

Low voltage complete equipment refers to complete equipment used at voltage levels of 380V and below. This is consideRED from a safety perspective, and there is no conflict between the two since, in power distribution systems, low voltage electrical equipment refers to the 380V distribution system. Therefore, in practical work, low voltage complete equipment refers to electrical equipment used at voltage levels of 380V and below.

How to Obtain CQC certification for Low Voltage Complete Equipment?

1. First Obtain ccc certification: All low voltage complete equipment within the CCC certification directory must undergo CCC certification. As a mandatory certification in China, it is required by law, and failure to comply can resULt in fines and product seizures by local quality and technical supervision bureaus.

2. Convert CCC Certification to Voluntary Product Certification (CQC Certification): After obtaining the CCC certification, it can be converted to a CQC certification certificate.

Low Voltage Complete Equipment CCC Certification Process

The CCC certification process for low voltage complete equipment is consistent with other products included in the CCC directory. First, apply to the national certification center, then conduct sample testing, followed by factory inspection, and finally, review and certification issuance.

Low Voltage Complete Equipment CQC Certification Costs

1. CCC Certification Costs for Low Voltage Complete Equipment:

The costs for CCC certification of low voltage complete equipment include application fees, registration fees, testing fees, and factory inspection fees. Testing fees depend on the type and parameters of the product, and different products and parameters require different testing fees. Therefore, specific products need to be analyzed individually.

2. Converting CCC Certification to CQC Certification:

CQC will handle this conversion for free. On December 27, 2019, the China Quality Certification Center (CQC) issued a notice regarding the implementation of CQC certification for products under the 2019 No. 44 announcement of the State Administration for Market Regulation. Enterprises can voluntarily apply to convert their ccc certificates to CQC mark certification certificates. When directly converting the original CCC certificate to a CQC mark certification certificate, no fees are charged. Enterprises only need to fill out the "Certification Conversion Application Form" (available for download from the CQC website) and submit it to CQC for free processing.

CCC Certification Self-Declaration Mode and Process

1. CQC Certificate + Mandatory Self-Declaration:

Apply to CQC Certification Center

Application acceptance and testing task assignment

Sample testing

Factory inspection after passing the test

Final review and issuance of the CQC certificate

Apply to the State Administration for Market Regulation

Prepare relevant materials and upload to the administration

Issuance of mandatory self-declaration after review

2. CCC Certification Self-Declaration:

Apply to the State Administration for Market Regulation

Prepare relevant materials and upload to the administration

Testing task assignment

Sample testing

Upload the test report to the administration after passing the test

Upload relevant materials (especially the self-inspection report)
