TEMU CPC Certificate Must Include a U.S. Representative

Recently, TEMU, following Turkey’s requirement for a Turkish authorized representative, has introduced another major new regULation.

The new regulation states that U.S. market regulation and consumer protection require a "U.S. Representative." To ensure that children's products can be sold in the United States, CPC certificates must include U.S. representative information by March 31.

Starting in April, if historical CPC certificates for products do not have updated U.S. representative information, those products may be removed from the U.S. site.

What is CPC Certification?
