Certain products may be exposed to various environmental factors such as dust, moisture, and cheMICals during use. In accordance with relevant international standards (e.g., iec 60529), such products shall meet the corresponding ingress protection ratings. When merchants sell such products through the platform, they are requiRED to provide actual product photos and relevant qualification certificates to the platform.

Notes on Actual Product Photos

1. Clear product photos shall be taken in a real environment.

2. Clear photos of product label information shall be taken, including but not limited to:

￮ Product information: product name, model, etc.;

￮ Producer / manufacturer.

3. Actual product photos must be consistent with the structure and appearance of the products sold under the SKU.

Notes on Qualification Documents

Qualification documents shall be test reports for international ingress protection rating certification. The test reports shall certify that the product has passed the test items required by relevant regULations, including but not limited to the following contents:

1. Basic product information

2. Corresponding test standards

3. Waterproof and dustproof ratings

4. Test results

5. Test sample photos

6. Signature / seal of the testing laboratory and other mandatory contents of the test report

Notes:

1. If the product explicitly promotes specific protection performance, the test report must reflect the corresponding test items.

2. If the product does not explicitly promote specific protection performance, but such performance is required for actual usage scenarios, the test report shall include relevant test items meeting the requirements of such usage scenarios.

Common Protection Performance Classifications and Test Report Requirements (For Reference Only)

IP Dustproof & Waterproof	Test report certifying the product’s IP dustproof and waterproof rating, with the following requirements: 1. Test requirements: meet any of the following - IPX4 (4 is for example only; the last digit ranges from 0 to 9) - IP65 (65 is for example only; the first digit ranges from 0 to 6, the last digit ranges from 0 to 9) 2. Test result: Pass 3. IP rating consistent with the promotion
ATM Waterproof	Test report certifying the product’s ATM waterproof performance, with the following requirements: 1. Test requirements: meet one of the following corresponding items as claimed by the product - 1 ATM: withstand pressure equivalent to a water depth of 10 meters - 3 ATM: withstand pressure equivalent to a water depth of 30 meters - 10 ATM: withstand pressure equivalent to a water depth of 100 meters - x ATM: withstand pressure equivalent to a water depth of (x×10) meters Note: The number before ATM indicates the rating; the rating number multiplied by 10 represents the water depth pressure endured. 2. Test result: Pass 3. ATM rating consistent with the promotion
Waterproof Depth	Test report certifying the product’s waterproof performance at a certain depth, with the following requirements: 1. Test requirements: meet all of the following - Depth test: xx m (meters) - Test duration: 30 min (minutes) or longer 2. Test result: Pass 3. Waterproof depth consistent with the promotion
Sealing Performance	Test report certifying the product’s specific sealing performance, with the following requirements: 1. Test requirements: meet all of the following - IPX7 or IPX8 or IPX9 - Test condition: water depth of 1 m (meter) or deeper - Test duration: 30 min (minutes) or longer 2. Test result: Pass 3. Sealing performance consistent with the promotion
Complete Waterproofing	Test report certifying the product’s complete waterproof performance, with the following requirements: 1. Test requirements: meet all of the following - IPX4 or IPX5 or IPX6 or IPX7 or IPX8 or IPX9 - Test condition: water depth of 1 m (meter) or deeper - Test duration: 30 min (minutes) or longer 2. Test result: Pass 3. Waterproof performance consistent with the promotion
Water Repellency & Hydrophobicity of Materials	Test report certifying the water repellency and hydrophobicity of the product materials, with the following requirements: 1. Test requirements: meet any of the following - IPX1 (the last digit indicates the rating, ranging from 1 to 9) - 1 ATM (the leading number indicates the rating, no less than 1) - Other reports / test items certifying the water repellency and hydrophobicity of the product materials 2. Test result: Pass 3. Water repellency and hydrophobicity consistent with the promotion
