Toy Product Compliance Requirements for the U.S. Market
The Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (cpsia) and ASTM F963 Standard Consumer Safety Specification for Toy Safety (released by the American Society for Testing and Materials) are mandatory requirements for toy products to enter the U.S. market. In addition, art materials must also comply with the requirements of LHAMA & TRA.
