A copy of the “Notification of Electrical Appliance Manufacturing Business” (must bear the official stamp of Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and include a product classification table), OR registration of the manufacturing/importing business on the Ministry’s Safety Portal (must include the classification table).
2. Label images clearly showing the PSE logo, Japanese agent name, rated voltage, etc.
3. If the Japanese agent name listed in the business notification does not match the label, official approval from the Ministry is required.
4. Voluntary inspection records for all finished products.
