What is CA Prop 65 Testing?

According to California Proposition 65 requirements, the California government updates its list of chemicals annually. This list currently includes nearly a thousand chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. If a product contains any of these listed chemicals and poses an exposure risk to consumers, businesses must affix warning labels within 12 months of the chemical being added to the list. Failure to comply may result in lawsuits, hefty fines, and other risks.
