3. Submit Registration

Complete product information and upload the SDS on the WERCSmart platform. The system will automatically assess compliance risks based on the product’s ingredients.

4. Review and Payment

① The WERCS team or AI system reviews the submitted data and may request supplementary materials if necessary.

② Pay the registration fee, which varies depending on product type and retailer requirements, typically ranging from several hundred to several thousand U.S. dollars.

5. Obtain UPC/SKU Authorization

Upon successful review, a unique identification code will be assigned to the product for retailer identification and tracking purposes.

Ensures products comply with U.S. federal and state regulations, including California Proposition 65 and TSCA, as well as international regulations such as the EU reach regulation.
