Why choose a 10-meter EMC chamber instead of a 3-meter EMC chamber?

There are several reasons:

1. Products larger than 2m cannot be tested in a 3-meter EMC chamber.

2. Some regulations require radiation testing below 30MHz to be conducted in a 10-meter EMC chamber, which a 3-meter chamber cannot fulfill.

3. Some industrial product regulations specify a 10m standard site, which a 3-meter EMC chamber cannot meet.

4. International certifications such as KCC in South Korea and bsmi in Taiwan continue to require testing in 10-meter EMC chambers.
