If the operating voltage of the internal electronic circuits and transformers does not exceed 1000V, the device is considered to comply with the standard's electric field evaluation requirements without testing. Magnetic field testing needs to evaluate frequencies from 10Hz to 400kHz through testing and weighted calculations to confirm whether the appliance meets the standard's requirements.
