Products requiring UL 61010 certification cover a wide range of electrical equipment used in measurement, control and laboratory scenarios. The specific classifications and relevant introductions are as follows:

 

Measurement and Testing Equipment

(1) Electrical Parameter Measuring Instruments

Including a total of 14 types, such as oscilloscopes (bench-top and portable), multimeters (digital and analog), clamp meters (capable of measuring AC/DC current and leakage current), signal generators (function signal generators and RF signal generators), and insulation resistance testers (megohmmeters).

(2) Physical Parameter Measuring Equipment

Including 1 category of devices such as temperature measuring instruments (thermocouple and infrared types), pressure/flow testers, hygrometers, illuminometers, and acoustic measuring instruments (sound level meters).

(3) Specialized Test Tools

Including a total of 12 types, such as circuit board fault testers, semiconductor parameter testers, battery capacity/internal resistance testers, and electrical safety testers (including hipot testers and leakage current testers).

 

Industrial Control and Regulation Equipment

(1) Controllers and Actuators

Including a total of 12 types, such as temperature controllers (for industrial ovens, reaction kettles, etc.), pressure/level controllers, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), motor speed controllers, and solenoid valve drive modules.

Including a total of 14 types, such as laboratory electric stirrers, magnetic stirrers, small ultrasonic cleaners (power not exceeding 2000W), and constant temperature incubators (equipped with temperature control systems).

(2) Analytical and Laboratory Instruments

Including a total of 12 types, such as high-precision electronic balances (accuracy not lower than 0.1mg), spectrophotometers (UV/visible), electrophoresis apparatus, and small centrifuges (rotational speed not exceeding 15000rpm).

 

Special Environment and High-Risk Equipment

(1) Explosion-Proof and Outdoor Equipment

Including a total of 25 types, such as explosion-proof equipment for flammable and explosive environments (requiring additional ATEX certification) and outdoor monitoring equipment (with waterproof and dustproof functions, operating temperature range of -20℃ ~ +50℃).
