What is Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Testing?

Electromagnetic compatibility refers to the ability of a device or system to function satisfactorily in its electromagnetic environment without causing unacceptable electromagnetic interference (EMI) to other devices in the environment.

Why is emc testing So Important?

EMC standards are mandatory requirements in most national markets, including Europe, the United States, China, South Korea, Australia, and New Zealand. EMC testing is essential to help you meet regULatory requirements, improve product performance, and REDuce the risk of costly violations. Third-party EMC testing and compliance assessments also help strengthen your competitive edge and market position.

Compliance with electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) regulations is a key issue when marketing products globally. Understanding the various related regulations that affect the entry of products into target markets is the key to success.

By addressing the above issues, we can help clarify relevant regulations, remove entry barriers, and develop an EMC testing plan suitable for our clients' target markets, saving them from repeat testing costs across different markets. We will then carry out appropriate tests based on this plan, allowing our clients to confidently manufacture and market their products worldwide. Engineers will also assist in resolving any EMC-related issues encountered during the testing process to ensure timely product launch.
