JJR Testing EMC Laboratory provides testing services including Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) Testing (Radiated Emission, Conducted Emission, Harmonics, Voltage Fluctuation and Flicker) and Electromagnetic Susceptibility (EMS) Testing (Electrostatic Discharge, Surge, Voltage Dips/Interruptions, Electrical Fast Transient/Burst).
All tests are conducted in accordance with international and domestic standards approved by CNAS, with well-equipped facilities including a 3-meter anechoic chamber, receivers, electrostatic discharge guns and other professional emc testing equipment.

1. Radiated Emission (RE)

② Definition: Emission of interference energy in the form of electromagnetic waves through space.
③ Equipment: 3-meter anechoic chamber, low-frequency signal source (AET/USDS-H), receiver (ESU 20Hz-8GHz), biconical antenna (30MHz-1GHz), horn antenna (1GHz-18GHz).
2. Conducted Emission (CE)
① Standards: Same as Radiated Emission standards.
② Definition: Emission of interference energy in the form of voltage and current through wires.
③ Equipment: Conducted signal source (CGC-255E), receiver (ESCI 9kHz-3GHz), line impedance stabilization network (9kHz-30MHz), pULse limiter (0.15MHz-30MHz).
3. Harmonic Current & Voltage Fluctuation and Flicker
① Standards: GB 17625.1, IEC 61000-3-2, en 61000-3-3.
② Definition: Harmonics refer to high-order harmonics of 50Hz injected into the power supply during equipment operation; Voltage fluctuation refers to the power supply voltage variation caused by the equipment.
③ Equipment: Harmonic analyzer (KHA3000), line impedance network (LIN3020JF), power supply (PCR4000LE).
1. Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Testing
① Standards: GB/T 17626.2, IEC 61000-4-2, EN 61000-4-2.
② Definition: Immunity testing against electrostatic discharge pulse interference.
③ Equipment: Electrostatic discharge gun (Noiseken ESS-B3011A/GT-30RA), voltage range: 0.2kV-30kV.
2. Electrical Fast Transient/Burst (EFT) Testing
① Standards: GB/T 17626.4, IEC 61000-4-4, EN 61000-4-4.
② Definition: Immunity testing against burst pulse interference.
③ Equipment: Electrical fast transient/burst simulator (EMC-Partner EXT-IMU4000), test voltage: 200V-5,500V.
3. Surge Testing
① Standards: GB/T 17626.5, IEC 61000-4-5, EN 61000-4-5.
② Definition: Immunity against lightning or circuit pulse interference, where interference is injected through wires.
③ Equipment: Surge simulator (Noiseken LSS-F03C3), voltage range: 0~15kV.
4. Voltage Dips, Short Interruptions and Variations (Dips) Testing
① Standards: GB/T 17626.11, IEC 61000-4-11, EN 61000-4-11.
