EU reach testing and certification

REACH is the RegULation on Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of CheMICals ("REACH") formally implemented by the European Union on June 1, 2007. The safe use of chemicals in the EU market is supervised and managed through registration, evaluation, authorization and restriction. svhc (Substance of Very High Concern) is a general term for hazardous substances in REACH, including a series of highly hazardous substances such as carcinogenic, mutagenic, reproductive toxic, and bioaccumulative. The SVHC list is generally updated twice a year. So far, the SVHC list has been officially updated to 25 batches with a total of 219 substances.
