How Electrical Products Comply with RCM Requirements

1. Determine the applicable regulations based on product functions.

Bluetooth headsets involve electromagnetic compatibility, so they must comply with EMC safety regulations. Most products exported to Australia have already been marketed in other markets and obtained local certificates or test reports. Many countries and regions directly adopt or reference IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) or EN (European Standard) regulations, and Australia is no exception.
