Currently, products that comply with the European GPSR regulation must upload a GPSR Test Report when listing on cross-border e-commerce platforms such as TEMU and Amazon Europe.
GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation) is a regulation issued by the European Union aimed at ensuring the safety of consumer products sold in the EU market. The GPSR Test Report, or General Product Safety Regulation Test Report, is used to confirm that products intended for the EU market comply with the relevant requirements of EU Regulation (EU) 2023/988.
The qualification document must be a complete test report. The report should demonstrate that the product has passed all relevant regulatory test items, including but not limited to the following:
1. Basic product information
2. Applicable testing standards
3. Complete list of test items and results
4. Photos of tested samples
5. Signatures/stamps of the testing laboratory and other mandatory report details

6. Lashing Chains and Chain Assemblies

7. Lashing Wire Ropes and Assemblies
- EN 12195-4:2003
8. Children’s Clothing (including pajamas) (any one of the following):
- BS 7907:2007 — Mechanical safety of children’s clothing
- CEN/TR 16792:2014 — Mechanical safety
- CEN/TS 17394-1:2021 — Safety of children’s clothing
- EN 71-1:2014+A1:2011 — Mechanical and physical properties
- Additionally, products must be tested for lead and phthalates according to reach regulations
9. Nightwear (including children's pajamas) (any one of the following in addition to children’s clothing standards):
- BS 5722:1991 — Flammability performance of fabrics used in nightwear
- EN 14878:2007 — Burning behaviour of children's nightwear
10. Baby Carriers – Soft Carriers
- EN 13209-2:2015 — Baby carriers - Part 2: Soft carrier
- Must also comply with REACH regulations for phthalates content
