3. User manual, safety information, labels, and warnings in both English and French
4. Model number, part number, or product number
5. Manufacturer’s or private label distributor’s name and address
6. Product manual and documentation
7. A test report issued by an ISO 17025-accredited laboratory, confirming compliance with the above regulations and standards

4. Receive draft test results if compliant
5. Confirm final certification documents
