UAE Conformity Mark & Energy Efficiency Label
Recently, the UAE Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT) issued Ministerial Resolution No. 137 of 2024, announcing the adoption of a new version of the UAE national conformity mark and energy efficiency label. According to the new regULations, all products subject to relevant UAE regulations must replace their marks or labels within the specified transition period.
According to the resolution, the transition period for label updates is as follows, starting from September 16, 2024:
- Products already circulated in the local market: 12 months
- New products: 6 months
