Update time : 2025-03-31

The working principle of the ULtrasonic fishing machine utilizes ultrasonic waves for fishing operations, causing fish to quickly rise to the surface in large areas, increasing fishing efficiency and achieving optimal capture results.

The ultrasonic fishing machine exported to Europe is one of the ce certified products, and it follows the CE directives and standards as outlined below:

low voltage directive 2014/35/EU

EN 60335-1—Household and similar electrical appliances — Safety — Part 1: General requirements

EN 60335-2-86—Household and similar electrical appliances - Safety. - Part 2-86: Particular requirements for electric fishing machines

Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive 2014/30/EU

EN 55014-1—Electromagnetic compatibility — Requirements for household appliances, electric tools and similar apparatus — Part 1: Emission

EN 55014-2—Electromagnetic compatibility — Requirements for household appliances, electric tools and similar apparatus — Part 2: Immunity — Product family standard

en 61000-3-2—Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) — Part 3-2: Limits — Limits for harmonic current emissions (equipment input current ≤ 16 A per phase)

EN 61000-3-3—Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) — Part 3-3: Limits — Limitation of voltage changes, voltage fluctuations and flicker in public low-voltage supply systems, for equipment with rated current <= 16 A per phase and not subject to conditional connection

The process for applying for CE certification for the ultrasonic fishing machine is as follows:

1. The manufacturer or their agent submits an initial application either orally or in writing;

2. The certification body determines the inspection standards and testing items based on the EU directives and provides a quotation;

3. The applicant confirms the quotation and signs a contract;

4. The applicant makes payment and sends samples to the China JJR laboratory for product testing;

5. The certification body conducts product testing and reviews the technical documents;

6. The review of technical documents includes:

   a. Whether the documents are complete;

   b. Whether the documents are written in the official EU languages (English, German, or French);

   c. If the technical documents are incomplete or not written in the requiRED language, the applicant will be notified to make improvements;

7. If the test fails, the applicant will be notified promptly and allowed to modify the product until it passes the test. The applicant must update the technical documentation to reflect the changes;

8. The certification body provides the applicant with the CE compliance certificate and instructions for the use of the ce mark;

9. The applicant affixes the CE mark on the product.
