1. Prepare the application form and provide one normal sample and one fixed-frequency sample (1 pcs each).
2. Send the samples to the JJR Laboratory by courier.
3. The laboratory conducts testing; if the sample fails, the applicant will be notified for rectification.
4. Once the sample passes the test, the laboratory issues the test report.
