1. This Act shall not affect Directive (EU) 2017/1564 and Regulation (EU) 2017/1563.
2. Micro-enterprises with fewer than 10 employees, an annual turnover not exceeding 2 million euros or an annual total balance sheet not exceeding 2 million euros shall be exempt from compliance when providing services within the scope of this Act.
