In recent years, the safety and compliance of electrical products have become increasingly important for major platforms. TEMU, as an internationally renowned e-commerce platform, requires certain electrical products to provide a "Temperature Test Report".

The temperature rise qualification refers to the increase in temperature caused by the heat generated when current passes through a conductor during the operation of a device. The testing and certification of temperature rise qualification are crucial steps in ensuring the safety and reliability of the equipment.

This article will provide a detailed introduction to TEMU's requirements for uploading the "Temperature Test Report" and how to effectively prepare the relevant qualification documents, helping your product pass the review quickly and attract more customer inquiries.

Requirements for Uploading Physical Images

- Authentic Environment Photography: The uploaded physical images must be taken in a real environment. The images should be clear and professional, avoiding overly edited backgrounds to ensure customers can clearly see the product itself.

- Product Label Consistency: Each physical image must ensure that the product label information matches the actual product completely and is clearly readable. The label should include the following information:

- Product name

- Product model

- Voltage and other basic information

- Manufacturer or production information

- Clear Product Label Display: Ensure the product label information is clearly visible, including but not limited to:

- Product specifications

- Certification marks

- Production date, etc.

- Consistent Structural Design: The uploaded physical images must match the actual appearance and structural design of the product, ensuring there are no discrepancies between the SKU-listed product and the one shown in the images.

Compliance Requirements and Test Report

To pass TEMU's review process, you must provide a complete test report, which should include, but is not limited to, the following requirements:

- Completeness of the Test Report: All necessary test items must be included in the report, ensuring that the product has undergone the requiRED safety and performance tests. Specifically, the Heating Test and Abnormal Operation Test are mandatory tests and must not be omitted.

- Passing All Required Tests: The test report should list all tests conducted on the product to confirm compliance with safety standards. For example, the Heating Test must ensure that the product does not overheat over prolonged use, preventing fire hazards or other safety risks.

Key Points for Qualification Documents

- The qualification documents must include a complete test report.

- The report must verify that the product has successfully passed all required test items (mandatory tests: Heating Test, Abnormal Operation Test).

How to Ensure a Smooth Review Process

- Provide Accurate Information: Ensure that all submitted materials, including physical images and qualification documents, are accurate, complete, and meet the platform’s requirements. TEMU has a strict review process, and any missing information may lead to rejection.

- Work with Professional Certification Agencies: Choose an experienced certification agency for testing to ensure the report’s professionalism and authority. Partnering with a reputable third-party agency will not only help you pass the review smoothly but also enhance consumer trust.

- Follow Up on the Review Process: After submitting all documents, maintain communication with TEMU to receive feedback on the review status. If necessary, make adjustments based on the feedback provided.

TEMU’s requirement for the Temperature Test Report is an essential measure to ensure consumer safety. To stand out in a highly competitive market, timely submission of compliant qualification documents and physical images is crucial. By ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all required materials, you can not only meet platform standards but also enhance your product’s credibility and market appeal, attracting more potential customers for inquiries and purchases.
