- Parts List: List the components of the product, including part numbers, rated values, and manufacturer names.

- Electrical Performance: For electrical products, provide electrical schematics (circuit diagrams) and PCB layout.

- Structural Diagram: For most products, provide structural or exploded diagrams, bill of materials, etc.

- User Manual and Installation Instructions for the product.

- Specific UL Application Form for the product.
