Product Safety Testing for Household Appliances
JJR Lab - we can meet regulatory requirements and ensure your household appliance products' safety, especially for the hair care equipment. Hair care household appliances include hair straightener, hair dryer, hair clipper/hair trimmer, electric shaver etc. Most of these products contain electric motors and heating devices. In the process of product safety testing, the warning requirements for heating and motor rolling locked rotor are strict.
JJR Lab is an IECEE CB Scheme Test Laboratory (CBTL), participating in IECEE CB Scheme. The CB Scheme is an international program created by the International Electrotechnical Commission for Electrical Equipment (IECEE).

Experience In Testing Process
1. The reason of radiation test failed
There are many reasons for EMC radiation test failed according to the standard, such as interface filtering, cable design, grounding, shielding etc.
Generally speaking, it is the problem of PCB design.
For TCB, a multilayer board is a recommended choice, as it can reduce impedance.
The circuit on the PCB board is required to be straight and short.
