Certification Process

2.1 Application Submission

As of October 15, 2024, designated certification bodies will begin accepting applications for 3C certification of lithium-ion batteries for electric bicycles.

2.2 Type Testing

The certification body will conduct type testing on the samples in accordance with GB43854 and other applicable standards.

2.3 Factory Inspection

In addition to type testing, an initial factory inspection will be conducted to evaluate the enterprise's quality assurance capabilities and the consistency of the products.
