Energy Storage Power Supply EMC Testing

To meet the high-power testing needs of new energy storage products, China’s JJR Laboratory has expanded its high-power testing capabilities, including a 966 electromagnetic anechoic chamber, conducted testing, lightning surge testing, EFT, and more.

International Testing Standards:

China Testing Standards:

- GB/T 17799.1/2 & GB 17799.3

- GB 17625.1 & GB/T 17625.2/7/8

 

Home Energy Storage emc testing

These products primarily target power capacities of 5 kWh, 10 kWh, and 20 kWh (1 kWh = 1 kilowatt-hour). The rated DC input voltage does not exceed 1500 VDC, the rated AC input voltage does not exceed 400 VAC, and both the DC and AC rated input currents do not exceed 200 A.

 

- AC Input Voltage: 0–600 V

- DC Input Voltage: 0–1000 V

- Input Current: 0–100 A

- Input Modes: AC single-phase, AC three-phase, DC power supply

- Test Items: Surge and electrical fast transient burst

 

Equipment Details

1. Device Name: 250 kVA Three-Phase Stabilized Power Supply

 - Output Voltage: AC 0–450 V

 - Output Current: 0–250 A

 - Purpose: Power supply for three-phase laboratory samples

 

2. Device Name: 90 kVA Frequency Converter Power Supply

 - Output Voltage: AC 0–400 V

 - Output Current: 0–250 A

 - Purpose: Power supply for 120 V/60 Hz laboratory samples

 

3. Device Name: PV Power Supply (Three Units)

 - Output Voltage: AC 0–1500 V

 - Output Current: 0–40 A

 - Purpose: Power supply for the photovoltaic interface of energy storage power systems

 

4. Device Name: Power Filter (One Each for Conducted and Radiated Testing)

 - Output Voltage: AC 0–450 V / DC 0–1000 V

 - Output Current: 0–250 A

 - Purpose: Filtered power supply for laboratory products in conducted and radiated tests

 

3-Meter Radiation Anechoic Chambers (Three Rooms)

- Maximum AC Supply Voltage: 450 V

- Maximum DC Supply Voltage: 1000 V

- Maximum Supply Current: 250 A
