Service Background

According to GPSR requirements, all products sold to EU consumers must provide the postal address and email address of the EU manufacturer or importer (or the authorized representative of a non-EU company in the EU), along with any warnings and safety information. Particularly, for products sold remotely or online, the manufacturer's information and the "responsible party" within the EU must be clearly indicated. Additionally, the regulation requires manufacturers to perform risk analysis of products, considering risks from new technologies, updating technical documentation, and keeping it for at least 10 years.
