What Documents Must Sellers Submit?

If you already have a compliance report:

- ISO 17025 laboratory report

- DoC (Europe)

- CPC (U.S.)

- Bilingual packaging information (Canada)

- Submit 1 product unit consistent with the sales listing

If you do not have a compliance report:

- Fill out an application form

- Send product samples to a TIC DV institution for one-stop testing + review

Alternative option:

Test at an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited lab (such as JJR), then have the lab coordinate directly with the validation body for submission.
