saa certification stands for the Standards Association of Australia, which refers to the Australian standard certification.
All electrical and electronic products intending to enter the Australian market must meet saa certification requirements. This certification adopts the AS/NZS series of standards. Although they are similar to EN/IEC standards, additional Australian local deviation requirements must be superimposed.

The certification body reviews and approves, then issues the certificate.
It is recommended to reserve 6–8 weeks for the overall cycle:
Samples & documents are complete, no testing rectification needed: 2–3 weeks to issue the report.
