The goal is to ensure that all products sold in the EU market meet safety standards and protect consumer rights.

According to GPSR requirements, all non-food consumer product labels must include the following information:
- Product Name: Identifies the type of product.
- Manufacturer Information: Includes the name and address.
- Country of Origin: e.g., "Made in China".
- EU Representative Information: Products sold in the EU must indicate the name and contact details of the eu authorized representative.
- Batch/Serial Number: Ensures product traceability.
- Warning Labels: Indicates product safety information and warnings.
- Multilingual Support: Provides safety information in the target language according to the country of sale.
- Necessary Compliance and Environmental Marks.
For product categories with specific requirements (e.g., electronics, cosmetics, toys, children's products, textiles, and apparel), in addition to the general label requirements, labels must also meet category-specific marking requirements in the target sales country, such as:
- Ingredient labeling for cosmetics
- Small parts warning for toys
- Age indications
