Experience In Testing Process

1. The reason of radiation test failed

There are many reasons for EMC radiation tests failed according to the standard, such as interface filtering, cable design, grounding, shielding etc. Generally speaking, it is the problem of PCB design. For TCB, a multilayer board is a recommended choice, as it can reduce impedance. The circuit on the PCB board is required to be straight and short.
