PMTA (Premarket Tobacco Application) is the premarket approval requirement by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for tobacco products. Obtaining a Premarket Tobacco Product STN (Submission Tracking Number) signifies that the product complies with FDA regulatory requirements and can be legally sold in the United States.
