ASTM F2613 applies to folding chairs and folding stools with a seat height of 15 inches or less, which may or may not have a rocking base, designed for children who can get in and out of them unassisted. This includes children's chairs without a backrest or armrests, as well as children's chairs and stools that can fold for easy transportation and storage. This policy does not apply to seating without a rigid frame (such as bean bag chairs or foam chairs).
